Public Affairs

Public Affairs

Where public affairs meet profits.

Do you regularly ask these questions about your outreach activities?  "How did they …
• affect revenues?”
• attract customers?”
• reduce costs?”
• reduce cycle time in the sales process?”

The key to answering these questions lies in connections – reaching the right people with the right messages and building the right relationships to positively impact your business. It’s not just ‘getting the word out.’

Talking Points takes a magnifying glass to your real business goals, concentrating  the effect of external relations. It clarifies business goals, asks what measurable success looks like, and helps build the functions and capabilities to achieve success.
